TRIAD worked with the owner to refresh and refine the existing Celebrity Kids environmental brand for the creation and retailing of family portraiture. Once established, TRIAD worked with each franchisee to apply the refined 2003 Prototype to individual sites comprising the Celebrity Kids National Roll-Out Program, simultaneously debuting the newly refined prototype at two retail strip center sites and four additional sites. All six sites are located in different states, resulting in national notoriety for the Celebrity Kids brand.

The environmental brand experience revolves around a child-scaled movie/stage performance theme, making the child the"star for the day". Pre-scheduled photo sessions result in the application of the child's name to a variety of theme performance elements throughout photo studios and lobby space. TRIAD is managing the entire roll-out process on behalf of the franchiser participating in site acquisition, lease negotiation, program maintenance, and master detailing. TRIAD also is engaging the franchisees in construction documentation and contractor selection and coordination.
