SEVEN SEVENTEEN CREDIT UNION
Prototype and Branch Roll-out

Owner: Seven Seventeen Credit Union, Inc.

Total Area: Headquarters 18,500 S.F.; Branches 3,000 S.F.

Sites: Retail Strip Centers

TRIAD worked with Seven Seventeen Credit Union to refresh and refine their existing environmental brand for the retailing of financial services. Once established, TRIAD applied the refined 2003 Branch Prototype to the Seven Seventeen 2003 branch program simultaneously debuting the prototype at three retail strip center sites, followed by the complete renovation of the two-story headquarters financial services facility. All sites included the complete renovation of interior space, the addition of drive-thru lanes to the existing shell buildings, and the application of Seven Seventeen branded elements to the shell building including site and building mounted signage.

The Retail Customer Services Lobby of all branches includes an interactive plasma screen greeter and sign-in, customer waiting areas with seating and access to demo displays for ATM demo, Internet/Web access and training, and a 24-hour phone demo. A refreshment area and perimeter, high backed booth seating acts as an important component of the financial services retailing experience by allowing members to interact with Seven Seventeen associates. All sites contain island teller "pods" representing Seven Seventeen Credit Union's commitment to "dialogue banking." Seven Seventeen's consistency to environmental branding and the positioning of its 2003 Branch Program establish Seven Seventeen Credit Union as a place for members to "See the Difference."
