Our work begins with an in-depth analysis of your goals and objectives for the project. The TRIAD team partners with you to explore your company's history, corporate culture, customer/client interaction, existing and desired brand positioning, and functional considerations. We explore the relationships between these activities and then produce a Standardized Report and Program in order to establish the brand position, the size and relationship of the required spaces, equipment and furnishings for each space, and the services and support utilities needed. This written blueprint guides the designer as well as assist you in verifying that the design meets all identified requirements. Using a TRIAD programmer to assist in developing this detailed program helps to assure you that your goals and objectives, site conditions, project budget, and construction schedule are all taken into consideration at this critical stage.
