Plans call for district-wide renovations and additions. The projects are divided into six phases to take place over a four year span.
Phase 1 took place at the Fairfield Career Center. Phases 2 through 6 take place at Eastland Career Center.

Phase 2 (complete)
Phase 2 involved large-scale renovations to the media center. The space was redesigned to contain a long-distance learning lab and was reorganized with all new shelving and furnishing, including custom computer stations for up to 18 computers. The existing computer lab was relocated and equipped with a recessed projector screen, an LCD projector, and 25 computer stations.

Phase 3 (complete)
Phase 3 includes remodeling the cosmetology lab, which provides students with a high-end salon environment while maintaining a classroom setting. The phase also involves renovations to the horticulture lab, including a new "retail" entrance, a remodeled classroom, and a new office and computer lab. Renovations to the agriculture/mechanic lab, dental lab, and exterior green space and paving complete this phase.

Phase 4 (complete)
Phase 4 extends renovations to the building's exterior through the design of a new cutting-edge front façade and new electrical technology building. This phase also includes renovations to the electronics and welding facilities, the business academy, and the addition of horticulture and general storage.

Phase 5 (complete) & 6 (complete)
The final phases involve remodeling the existing cafeteria to incorporate stations that serve a variety of food options. This design will also allow the room to serve as a multipurpose area. The phase will be complete with new lockers and faculty and administrative office renovations.
