TRIAD teamed with the Waverly community and the Ohio School Facilities Commission to create a new state-of-the-art, $44 million PreK-12 campus.

The 112-acre site houses two new elementary schools, a new middle school and a new high school. TRIAD's design team met the community's desire to separate elementary students from high school students by designing a main campus parkway that sets apart the middle and high school from the two elementary schools. The parkway will also help alleviate traffic congestion by filtering bus traffic to an exterior loop and parent and student traffic to the campus' interior avenues.

The campus' four buildings maintain unity through similar building materials and architectural elements. The spacious campus features nature and cross-country trails and several outdoor plazas that encourage outdoor learning and student gatherings.
