CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

As your architect, our basic and primary responsibility during the construction phase is to act as your agent and quality control officer to protect your legal and financial interests as your buildings are constructed. Construction begins with a Pre-construction Meeting. The Pre-construction Meeting outlines the communication, submittals, and scheduling systems that are to be used during the project. A schedule is set for shop drawing submittals, and long lead items are identified. Site staging is determined in a manner that satisfies the client's concerns for safety and operations. All milestone dates are established.
