PRE-DESIGN SERVICES

PROGRAMMING

Our team will provide all programming services for new construction and renovations. Programming, including all meetings with staff, committees, and/or administrators as desired by the district, will begin immediately upon selection. If meetings have already occurred, the schedule can be accelerated. During this time, our team will be verifying site/facility conditions and the accuracy of existing drawings (if any) as needed for the production of documents. We will report any problematic code, structural, ADA deficiencies etc. We will also begin to transfer any needed drawings into a computerized database. If no drawings of existing facilities can be located, then field measurements will begin at once.

SITE SELECTION

Our site selection studies can be tailored to the individual needs of each school district. However, our typical study consists of five major components: identify all possible sites; determine criteria for selection; determine a "Short List" of sites and complete preliminary site layouts; facilitate community discussions; and determine final selection and purchase site.

BOND ISSUE ASSISTANCE - SUPPORT ONE

Funding is a critical issue facing any district contemplating new construction, renovation, or other permanent improvements. Our team helps clients prepare for, organize, and execute successful campaigns, including the production of campaign literature such as brochures, presentations, posters, flyers, and buttons.
